Late bloomer visiting Colorado

Former Colorado quarterback Mike Moschetti, who is now the co-head coach at La Mirada (Calif.) High, watched as Justin Torres went from solid prep athlete to Division-1 recruit last fall. The 6-foot-1, 230-pounder was named his league's Most Valuable Player after he accounted for 1,145 yards of offense and 18 touchdowns. Colorado is one of the colleges showing interest in him.
