"On the Hoof: Has a lean upper body with extremely long arms for his height. Hart's power base is very strong, and he reminds me a bit of Texas A&M 2010 signee Cedric Ogbuehi.
Needs Improvement: Must improve upper body size and strength in order to be an effective run blocker. Hart could improve his straight-ahead speed in case he is switched to guard and is required to pull.
Most Impressive: Extremely quick feet and very flexible in the knees and hips. Hart looks like he is sitting in an invisible chair when pass blocking. He also has superior lateral movement once engaged, and can redirect defenders all over the field.
Conclusion: May need a redshirt year in order to gain the size and strength to compete against collegiate defensive linemen. He is very versatile and could possibly play every offensive line position at the next level. Being that versatile only increases the chances of early playing time.
